St. Jude's Soccer!

Yesterday we went to the Lynn Rose Heights Under 10 co-Ed invitational soccer tournament and placed 3rd out of 8 teams! We played a tough match against Richmond Hill Montisorri School in the semi-finals but unfortunately came up a little short. 

Congrats to all the players on a great result! 

Crossfit

In keeping in tradition of having short high intensity workouts I have adaptaed a few crossfit workouts for the students. Today's workout called for a series of "thrusters", a squat into an overhead shoulder press. We used a chair instead of weights, although it was light, it was a decent alternative.

Over the next few weeks the grade 7/8s will be going to club meadowvale to get squash lessons!
